EAH-PositionPerMonth-View Quick Start Guide

The EAH-PositionPerMonth-View has been created to provide insights into open positions and positions in transition. 

Need to Know:

  • Job Code FMFA Count = 1 when Job Code FMFA Flag is Yes
  • Job Code FMFA Flag = Yes indicates Job Code falls within Financial Manager, Financial Analyst group, specifically Job Codes in '006204' ,'006205' ,  '006206' , '006207' ,     '000387' , '007707' , '007708' , '007709' ,  '007710' , '005893' , '000216' ,  '000212' , '000213' , '000214' ,'000215' , '007123'
  • Position Headcount = Will display 2 during transition periods
  • Position Headcount AsOf Date = Last date the headcount was updated
  • Fields that make up the primary key:

Key Fields to use as filters:

Per year / month / position number / CCOA funding source(s).

Position Vacancy Flag" (Y = Vacant / N=Filled) - A position is vacant when no employee is found with an Active HR Status as of the Position Headcount AsOf Date.

"Position Funding Derived Distribution Annual Rate" - When a position is filled, the related employee job annual rate prorated by the position funding distribution percentage.

"Position Headcount AsOf Date" - The first day of a calendar month starting 5/1/2020 through the most recent month. The view reports the position, funding, and vacancy attributes as of this date.

"Position Or Department Funding CCOA FinU Code"

"Position Or Department Funding CCOA" - CCOA will display department funding when the position level funding is not present

"Position Most Recent Incumbent" - name fields that will display the most recent occupant of the position for both vacant and filled positions.

"Position Vacated Prior Month Flag" - useful for analysis of employee turnover
