EAH-AbsenceDetail-View Quick Start Guide

This view contains employee absence activity and balances by absence type  Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.

Fields that make up the primary key:

• Employee ID
• Leave Balance Effective Date
• Leave Balance PIN

Key Fields to use as filters:

• Leave Balance AsOf Indicator Code
• Leave Balance Absence Type - Values of Sick, Vacation, Regular Comp Time etc.
• Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc.
• Accrual Type - Values of Sick, Vacation, Sabbatical Leave etc.
• HR Status - Values of Active and Inactive
• Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc. 
• Job Code = CONV are converted records that can be filtered out if not needed
• Employee Class - Values of Academic, Staff, Student etc.
• Job Action has values - Termination, Hire, Rehire etc.
• Job Action Reason has values - Rehire, Academic Concurrent Hire etc.
• Union Code has values - Service, Technical, Academic Researchers etc.
• FLSA Status has values - Exempt, Nonexempt
