This view contains employee accrual eligible hours by month for Leave, FMLA, Sabbatical and Benefits Eligibility.  Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.

Fields that make up the primary key:

  • Employee ID
  • Accrual Hours Employee Record
  • Leave Accrual Pay End Date
  • Leave Accrual Sequence Number

Key Fields to use as filters:

  • Accrual Hours AsOf Indicator Code
  • Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc. 
  • Job Code = CONV are converted records that can be filtered out if not needed
  • Job Action has values - Termination, Hire, Rehire etc.
  • Employee Class - Values of Academic, Staff, Student etc.
  • Union Code has values - Service, Technical, Academic Researchers etc.
  • HR Status has values - Active, Inactive
