Key Data:

EAH-EmployeeDemographics includes data on current emergency primary contact , current contact, current information and current name information for employees.

Identity data is loaded into EAH on a nightly basis and comes from a combination of:

  • Affiliates_safe_attributes
  • Rosetta_Stone
  • System
  • Employee
  • Building
  • IDCard_Lookup

There is a timing difference between when the DDODS data is received and when the PPS ID is generated.

Any employee “converted” (mid-2020) from PPS into PeopleSoft had a PPSID in the DDODS, but any new hires after this conversion will NOT have a PPSID.  For legacy systems, a 7 digit PPSID will be generated for new hires by our Identity Management Team

  1. PPS IDs are not currently generated for CWRs.  
  2. Missing PPS IDs for employee's "converted" from PeopleSoft (who didn't have an SSN in the system at that time) are manually addressed when SNOW cases are submitted to the Identity Management Team.


Name Field Logic:

Currently in use 3/4/2021

 

  • Employee Name fields will now display Preferred Name if offered by employee, otherwise it shows the Legal Name. (new)

  • Employee Name Preferred displays Preferred Name if offered by employee, otherwise it shows the Legal Name. (current)
