Content Developers

Content Developer's responsibility extends across the entire lifecycle of content development, encompassing the creation, testing, revision, and publication of comprehensive guides within their domain(s) of subject matter expertise. As integral members of the Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) community of practice, they convene monthly to facilitate the exchange of best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and collaboratively work towards standardization and alignment of the OGL and training approach.

In addition to our community engagement, they proactively host campus-facing office hours, ensuring seamless integration and widespread adoption of OGL across various campuses.

To maintain the highest standards, all Content Developers are required to complete the "Become A Certified Oracle Guided Learning Developer" training. This certification is a prerequisite for authoring content within the OGL framework, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and expertise in our collective efforts.
