EAH-GradWorkPeriodDetail-View

BIA and the Grad Division is excited to release the EAH-GradWorkPeriodDetail-View.   This view is a subset of data from the EAH-Workforce-View that is focused on employees with Graduate and Grad Academic Titles - which could include undergrads. 

This view will be part of the EAH Core views and include row level security.  This view will be going to Production in August 2024.

Employee Name Last Updated Date, Employee Pronoun

Epic:   EAHE-3239 - Getting issue details... STATUS

SNOW ticket(s) addressed:  CS2069705, CS2114866

Added the following new fields:

• Employee Name Last Updated Date = This will return the most recent date when any part of the Employee Name has changed (first, middle, last, lived or legal).  Will also return a date in cases where there is no prior value( i.e. name is first established).
• Employee Pronouns Current = The current self-reported employee pronoun value in UCPath.
• Employee Pronouns Code Current = The code for the current self-reported employee pronoun value in UCPath.
• Employee Pronouns Last Updated Date = This will return the most recent date when the Employee Pronoun has changed.  A prior value MUST exist.  Does not display future dates.
