  1. Download the proper csv and configuration file (see samples attached)
  2. Issue → Import CSV (contact its-pro@ucsd.edu for permission if it doesn't appear in the dropdown )

Known Issues:

  1. Object type on Epics doesn't properly import the second value
    1. For example if you entered "Document → Design Doc" under the Object Type column, only the "Document" will be imported. You will then need to go in and manually edit the Epic. If you are importing a lot of epics, you may reach out to an admin for help on the best way to do this.

Tips

  1. Original estimate is in seconds. 
  2. Epic Name applies to Epics only
    1. It also can be a copy and paste of Summary
  3. Epic Link applies to Tasks only
    1. It will be the Epic Name of the Epic
