Introduction

This guide documents End User experience for the Web Champions workflow, roles, automations and other essential information that should be relayed to those involved in managing the public website content for Biological Sciences.

Purpose

As charged by the dean’s office, the Web Champions effort primarily aims to:

1. Document who in the School is currently responsible for reviewing and maintaining public web pages

2. Help keep said pages accurate and up-to-date by reminding people to review web content according to schedule, ensuring an appropriate reviewer for major updates and notifying them when minor changes have been made
