Applying Roles to Guides

All the roles have been mapped. When you are creating a guide that should only be shown to users with a specific role, go to Activation Settings:

  1. Select Simple Condition

  2. Select Role > Is > Choose Role From Drop Down
    a. I set them all up to match the names they would see on the Blink Page/when filling out the role request form.
    b. If anyone cannot find a specific role they are looking for let me know.

  3. Enabled = TRUE

  4. Check either Help Panel AND/OR Autoload

  5. Save Condition

Unless you add the role mapping under the Guide Activation then it will be visible to all users.
