Labeling Queries

Any time you create a new query or mailing, there are three sections to set to your department in order to make sure the query is properly labeled and saved in the right place. This is extremely helpful for keeping queries organized for both departments and GEPA. Please check all three of these sections any time you are saving a query!

  1. Name: Be sure to prefix the title with the name of your department. You can use an abbreviation or the full name, but it is best practice to be consistent across all titles.

  2. Realm: Click on the drop-down and select your department.

  3. Folder: Click on the drop-down and select your department.
