PPMO Contingency Plan Buddy Program

PURPOSE

The purpose of this program is develop a contingency plan for all projects in case something happens to a project manager.

CONTINGENCY PLAN BUDDIES EXPECTATIONS 

• 1-1 monthly meetings or status report updates?

• Every project should have one contingency plan buddy. This buddy DOES NOT have to be a part of the PPMO group. 

• Contingency Plan Template should be copied to project Collab space.  

• The project manager should fill out the template and go over the details with the buddy. 

• The project manager should review the completed template monthly to ensure it remains up to date.

• Project Managers will need to provide access to Collab, ITSPRO, shared drives, teams, etc. 

• Buddies to track time against

• Project Manager should update the Current Buddies list whenever the buddy or project changes.

CURRENT BUDDIES
