Chapter 16: Childcare Reimbursement
The new Collective Bargaining agreements as of early 2026 will affect processes related to Child Care Reimbursement for ASEs, GSRs, and Fellows/Trainees. Please see the references to the updated reimbursement amounts below.
Employees may claim childcare expenses from the Systemwide Childcare Reimbursement Program, DepCare, or local campus childcare program but may not access more than one program.
