New View: FINAH-PPM-TransactionDetail-View

BIA, in conjunction with the BFS BI and Financial Reporting team, is excited to release the FINAH-PPM-TransactionDetail-View.  This new view is a combination of elements from FINAH-ContractRevenue-View and FINAH-ProjectCosts-View in support of the 'Faculty & Research Panorama'.  The FINAH-PPM-TransactionDetail-View will allow report developers to display revenue and costs, aka expenditures, in the same report.
