- Claire brought up idea of potential "commercial length" video that could be put out in key places (divisional web sites, etc). Hersberger, Mark (Deactivated), Corn, Michael (Deactivated) and Claire to asynchronously discuss ideas around this. - Do communication and/or presentation to Council of Chairs? Corn, Michael (Deactivated) will look into this.
- Policy with regard to mobile and/or personal devices use when accessing labs and such? Create and require signature of a principle of security (patch device, anti-virus, etc.) document or something of this sort? Corn, Michael (Deactivated) to draft something of this sort for review/comment.
- Corn, Michael (Deactivated) started draft of 'policy' over break, but work more to do.
- Corn, Michael (Deactivated) to start working on draft of official campus letter and work with Hersberger, Mark (Deactivated) to do so. Currently still targeting end of Jan to send this out.
