Review of Completed Guides:

  • Discuss the guides that have been finalized and are ready for testing.

  • Confirm that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our objectives.

    • We’re dropping “how-to” from titles! Please clean up title names :)

    • Testers: Issues with finding articles? Please clear your cache and/or open an incognito window.

    • When linking directly to the guide, we have to create a permalink (@Ana Portlock and @Rebe James will be working on this next week specifically!).

    • @Ana Portlock running a report to double-check OGL guides; discussing any issues, and discrepancies.

Testing Requirements:

  • Identify guides that need testing and outline the testing process.

  • Assign responsibilities for testing and verification to ensure quality assurance on OGL tracker (please tag and leave comments!).

    • Please document everything as your testing! We want those results!! We will add a tab on the OGL tracker for tester comments and resolutions @Ana Portlock and @Rebe James.

    • We will add more detailed testing instructions @Ana Portlock with schedule addition.

Next Phase Overview:

  • Clarify roles and expectations for each team member during this phase.

    • make sure to sign off so content developers can move on to the next step

    • please put “final” into the guide title/status

  • Provide an overview of the next phase in the OGL project.

    • over 60 guides launching in February 2024 (phase 1 launch)

    • we’re scheduling office hours pre- (introducing and demoing OGL) and post-launch (focusing on feedback and helping users).

      • week 3 and so on; office hours will be more topically specific (beginning with Procure-to-Pay)

Countdown to Launch:

  • Introduce a countdown to build anticipation and maintain focus.

  • Share the total number of guides being created for the OGL project.
