  • Change to Fridays at 11AM. Have the LEAD Fellows jump in every 2 weeks for more consistency 

 Merging & Moving Forward
  •  Since LEADS are looking for more concreate ways to help/participate we should start assigning "ACTION ITEMS" 
    • Get Data for baseline
    • Official inclusion of 1 EDI member on the Hiring Team
    • Official participation on the Exit Interviews 

EDI Retreat
  • Reschedule for in-person meeting or move to virtual?
  • Need to reschedule to in person and give Ted a chance to send rapid tests 

Managers & Supervisors Sharing Job Opportunities
  • Evaluate if current "sharing" tactics are efficient 
    • if currently doing this, how? 
    • how is this being monitored?
  • Have managers/sups start the conversation about career tracks > beyond the PA timeframe 
    • build trust in this manner 
    • Establish 1:1s > official practice
      • Don't just have 1:1s when things go wrong  
      • Rubi's suggestions:
        • Prof Dev section > things I want to learn, goals 
        • Accomplishments 
      • This gives more insight on how employees are doing
        • to avoid "2 weeks notice" blindside 
        • if an employee is going through something personal, you can see how they are doing and how it may be affecting their work
        • supplements "in person" interactions 
    • There are other 1:1s happening with leadership, what about us?
