	EDI Retreat		Reschedule for in-person meeting or move to virtual? Need to reschedule to in person and give Ted a chance to send rapid tests
	Managers & Supervisors Sharing Job Opportunities		Evaluate if current "sharing" tactics are efficient if currently doing this, how? how is this being monitored? Have managers/sups start the conversation about career tracks > beyond the PA timeframe build trust in this manner Establish 1:1s > official practice Don't just have 1:1s when things go wrong Rubi's suggestions: Prof Dev section > things I want to learn, goals Accomplishments This gives more insight on how employees are doing to avoid "2 weeks notice" blindside if an employee is going through something personal, you can see how they are doing and how it may be affecting their work supplements "in person" interactions There are other 1:1s happening with leadership, what about us?
