  • HV. Wants to hear our voice and be an ally
  • Tony: wants us to communicate truth and take pulse for IPPS, be the engagers
  • Kacy: wants to participate in group as individual and not leader/CLT role

 Establishing Scope
  • Committee needs to determine how to outline scope (survey, interviews) and determine deliverables to keep project moving forward
    • Need to timeline and organize
  • Committee wants to elect spokesperson to make announcements during Huddle, send out surveys, recruit more members

Tracking Progress
  • Tracking progress is up to the committee to be able to analyze change > spreadsheet 

    form EDI strategic plan > per bucket

    • how many measurable items are there?
    • how to make sure we are not just checking off the box, but making lasting changes?
      •  we can tap into LEAD CHANGE goals, ie. IVY

Meetings
  • Meet weekly to determine initial scope, and structure, first steps towards outlining program/group


Help
  • Heather, Kacy, and Tony will be here to help w tools and resources. I.e. connecting us to other CLT folks, giving us survey tools, help things move along, scheduling Huddle announcements, we need to make sure to reach out if we need their involvement more


Goals
  • How can we be best in class in EDI and make lasting change?

o   Definition for our organization

o   Not only a check box

  • Identifying real opportunities for measurable change and implementing actions to address those
  • Be the people's voice, to make authenticity, ensure it's not just POC carrying the initiative
    • Not just accountability, but support
