Rescheduling Staff@Work Survey

Marielle

  • Cheryl is out sick

  • Review of the S@WS has been pushed back for our next meeting Feb 15

  • The goal is to get the review and then determine what data we are still missing and make sure the questions we choose for our survey are the correct ones

2:40pm

Changing our scheduled time

Marielle

  • Proposed a different time for our meeting

  • Will look at everyone's schedule

2:45pm

Brainstorm ideas for the newsletter submission

All

  • Established what we will use the Quarterly Newsletter

  • Different resources:

    • training, program management training, opportunities to get more involved on campus on how to be more inclusive

  • An EDI Event

  • VC EDI Office

  • IPPS Specific resources or announcements, we can utilize one of our email chains.

    • We can list the regular EDI wins to our campus clients

    • Highlight our webpage again

    • Coordinate with Zaira to also post on their SFS Page

  • Don't forget Logistics either

    • Adrianne will pass on the information: harder for folks in Trade Street to go to events after 3/3:30 (something to keep in mind)

    • Early morning time for Logistics works best - onsite teach in would work best

  • Kacy: flyers with resources for Logistics employees:

    • Working Moms Group

    • Neurodivergent resources

    • Staff Association

    • Support groups

  • Jasmine: have an external panel come in to present to us to build connections

  • HV: La Jolla Playhouse has events aligned with EDI

3:01pm

  • Movie club

Injury Prevention Program

Jasmine

  • Certified trainer will come to our location

    • 3 month commitment

    • 10-25 minutes

  • It requires Department Head approval and funding

  • Jasmine will look into how much this costs
