Draft out template to include in the meeting invites

  • The IPPS EDI Committee is hosting sessions throughout the fiscal year 2024-25 with an emphasis on EDI topics. We are calling these sessions IPPSter Community Connections or ICC. As a reminder, attending one of these sessions is part of our PA goals, though we encourage you to check out all of the sessions. Your participation in these sessions is crucial for our collective growth and understanding. Please ensure you complete this requirement within the this fiscal year.

    • The IPPSter Community Connections (ICC) program is a vital initiative aimed at fostering collective growth and understanding within our community. As part of our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, we ask all staff to participate in these sessions, which are now a requirement for IPPS annual performance appraisal goals [7]. By attending ICC sessions, we can work together to create a more inclusive and respectful environment, aligning with UC San Diego's guiding principles of inclusive excellence [1].

  • Extend the invite to the rest of RRSS

  • EDI Committee Member will be in charge of keeping track of attendees
