Performance Appraisal 2024-25

• The idea behind this is to not take over the Open Forum but to be part of the discussion

• The goal of this PA goal is to have IPPSters be more involved in EDI discussions with content that is already available to us.

• How are we going to keep track of who attends?

• How can Open Forum reach out to other groups who are not located in HQ?

• Office Hours type of meeting where some are in the morning and other times it’s in the afternoon

• Keep the branding as Open Forum? Or we update the name?

  • Tony: If we update the name we can change the perspective that people have about the Open Forums

  • Kelli: It’s a good idea to rebrand (new shiny thing)

• The first in-person Open Forum went well!

• Reflected that the space and time was needed/wanted

• Shoutout to Kacy to host!

• Nice to have our students participate and provide us with a different perspective

  • Highlighted the need to have topics that our students can identify with

• In the Open Forum we can also get educated on the topic we thought we knew about

• Maybe we can use AI to come up with lighthearted EDI topics

  • Having different perspectives can make a difference

• An EDI Hosted potluck?

• Having a meditation session during one of the Open Forums

• Fieldtrips to some of the EDI Center groups!
