2:30PM

1st ICC Session

  • First ICC Session on 8/20

    • AI + EDI

  • About 29 people have RSVP’d

  • Kelli will prep on Thursday

  • Kelli will pick a video and watch it during the session and then she will come up with some discussion questions and have ChatGPT and then reveal at the end that some were AI generated

  • Have some of the answer created by ChatGPT

 

 

Dec ICC

 

 

IPPS Quarterly

  • Broadcast ICC Sessions

  • Encourage other departments to pursue EDI and host their own sessions

  • Ask them to reach out

  • New EDI initiative - prescheduled topics

  • Submit to Leah by August 26th

 

 

JEDI Group

  • Kacy will have a discussion with the JEDI Group

  • Have a joint meeting in the future

  • Struggling with the similar things that we are struggling with

  • JEDI has funding - WHAT?!

  • Art psychology - let the group chat and create a collage with the supplies

Walk On Item

  • HHD/RRSS will be rolling out a centralized location for free mentstrual product dispensers that Joy & Maggie have been working

  • Will be added in the higher used buildings for the first roll out (13 dispensers across 11 locations)

  • Will be added to student residential areas and FM managed areas (second roll out: 20 dispensers)

  • Law passed a couple years ago for CSU to have a centralize location for menstrual products
