2:35PM | EDI Responses | | Mary suggested using AI to create fake EDI related responses and then we can rate them “What have you done in your current role to uplift EDI initiatives” Ask HR what the protocol is when choosing which EDI question you want Ask ChatGPT got some responses: In my previous role, I prioritized inclusivity through workshops and discussions on diversity. However, I once interrupted a colleague from a different background in a meeting, realizing later how it could affect inclusivity. I privately apologized, learned from it, and shared my experience with the team. This taught me the importance of active listening and addressing mistakes to foster a truly inclusive environment. Certainly! In my previous position, I took concrete steps to establish an inclusive workplace. One strategy was implementing a mentorship program that paired employees from diverse backgrounds with experienced team members. This facilitated knowledge sharing and created a supportive atmosphere. However, I made a mistake when planning an office event. I unintentionally chose a date that coincided with a significant cultural holiday for some team members. Realizing my oversight, I promptly acknowledged the issue, apologized to those affected, and rescheduled the event.
