Q: Should I request SAH enhancements (add new fields to SAH) during the code freeze?

A: Yes. Requesting your SAH enhancement now will allow BIA to have everything prepared so that your enhancement can be added after Dev0 Phase3.

Q: Should I request SAH Column Group enhancements (add new fields to SAH) during the code freeze?

A: Yes. The timing will depend on the following scenarios.

1. If the field already exists in SAH. B/c the field is already available then the Column Group will not be included in the code freeze and the column group enhancement will be completed.

2. The field exists in a different Activity Hub. This field will need to be added to SAH in an enhancement release after Dev0 Phase3.

3. The field does not exist in any Activity hubs. Requesting your SAH enhancement now will allow BIA to have everything prepared so that your enhancement can be added after Dev0 Phase3.

Q: When will SAH Production be stale (Dev0 Phase1)?

A: All day Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

Q: When will SAH Production be unavailable (Dev0 Phase1)?

A: SAH Core views, Admission views and restricted views will be unavailable Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

SAH LMS Views will be unavailable Wednesday, August 21, 2024 through Monday, August 16, 2024

Q: Where can I get ISIS Production data while SAH is unavailable (Dev0 Phase1)?

A: Hana QA will be refreshed daily with ISIS production data.

Cognos report developers can run reports in Cognos dev and select Hana QA to see ISIS production data.

Tableau report developers can point their reports at the -QA data source to see ISIS production data.

Q: What will happen if a user runs a report against SAH Production while it is unavailable (Dev0 Phase1)?

A: The user will encounter one of of the following:

1. Error message saying the server or connection are not available.

2. No data will return

3. Limited data will return
