Q: Should I request SAH enhancements during the code freeze?

A: Yes. Requesting your SAH enhancement now will allow BIA to have everything prepared so that your enhancement can be added after Dev0 Phase2 and prior to Dev0 Phase3.

Q: When will SAH Production be stale?

A: All day Tuesday, August 20.

Q: When will SAH Production be unavailable?

A: SAH Core views, Admission views and restricted views will be unavailable Wednesday, August 21.

SAH LMS Views will be unavailable Wednesday, August 21 through Monday, August 16.

Q: Where can I get ISIS Production data while SAH is unavailable?

A: Hana QA will be refreshed daily with ISIS production data.

Cognos report developers can run reports in Cognos dev and select Hana QA to see ISIS production data.

Tableau report developers can point their reports at the -QA data source to see ISIS production data.

Q: What will happen if a user runs a report against SAH Production while it is unavailable?

A: The user will encounter one of of the following:

  1. Error message saying the server or connection are not available.

  2. No data will return

  3. Limited data will return
