The Student Activity Hub (SAH) DEV0 project is designed to prepare SAH for the new Student Information System (TSS). It involves updating how SAH receives and processes data so that mapping SAH to the new TSS can occur more efficiently.

The following phases are scheduled to be completed prior to TSS going live.

SAH DEV0 Phase 1 – Migration to Hana Production complete

All DEV0 enhancements will be migrated to Hana Production. Due to the volume of moving data, the migration will happen in to stages.
- Monday, August 19: Normal data loads.
  - SAH will be available with data as of August 18, 11:59pm.
- Tuesday, August 20: SAH data loads will be halted, therefore SAH data will be stale.
  - SAH will be available with data as of August 18, 11:59pm.
  - Banners will be placed on https://bah.ucsd.edu/student/index.html
- Wednesday, August 21: SAH views will be migrated. SAH Production will NOT be available during this time.
  - Hana QA will be available with ISIS Production data.
  - Cognos report developers can run reports in Cognos DEV using Hana QA to see ISIS Production data.
  - Tableau developers can point their reports at the SAH -QA data sources to see ISIS Production data.
  - Report developers will recieve error messages or incomplete data if they attempt to run their report against SAH Production.
  - Banners will be placed on https://bah.ucsd.edu/student/index.html and https://status.ucsd.edu/
- Thursday, August 22: SAH Non-LMS views are back up and refreshed per our standard 11:59pm of the night before.
  - This includes all SAH Core views, Restricted Views and Admission views.
  - Data loads for non-LMS views will restart per our standard schedule.
  - SAH LMS views will continue to be unavailable.
- Friday, August 23 - Sunday, August 25: SAH LMS views are not available.
  - SAH Non-LMS views will be available and refreshed per our standard daily schedule.
- Monday, August 26: SAH LMS views are back up.
  - Data in all SAH views will be refreshed per our standard 11:59pm of the night before.
