New Views

New: FINAH-PPM-Balances-View

In conjunction with the BFS BI and Financial Reporting team, BIA is excited to release the FINAH-PPM-Balances-View.  This new view is a combination of some elements from FINAH-PPM-TransactionDetail-View and aggregated measures (aka Balances).  The FINAH-PPM-Balances-View will display the budget as point-in-time and specific costs at specific times. Balances will be displayed per Accounting Period (monthly).  This will allow new reporting options around point-in-time budget reporting.  This view will be released to Production in December 2023.

New: FINAH-UCSDGeneralLedgerPeriod-View

For this new view, BIA worked with both BFS BI & Financial Reporting team and Health Science report developers to create the FINAH-UCSDGeneralLedgerPeriod-View.  This new view will focus only on the UCSD Accounting Period.  This view will be released to Production in December 2023.
