    • BFS campus community

    • FinOps: who do I get the majority of tickets from? (to pull data)

    • Office hours

    • Fund Manager Groups/ anyone who processes cost transfers

Q) What is the best method of communication weekly digest?

Q) should we promote existing office hours or should we promote new OGL hours?

  • not a huge attendance to current office hours

  • split up OGL topically/by division (host separate OGL office hours)

  • promote general (5 - 10 mins) OGL training during office hours

  • multiple sessions to focus on functional areas; training to incorporate UC learning courses and KBA incorporations (by topic? by role? by trainings and guidance?)

Q) How to best communicate resolution to pain points (OGL to the rescue)?

Q) Launch date/plan (develop schedule..) courses/guides/sessions with subject matter experts)?

  • How many guides do we want to have finished by ideal launch date?

    • Est. 3 per content developer

    • Provide training course

    • Late Feb/Early March

  • At least one article per content developer by mid January
