Resource requests

• operational work can’t stop and keeps growing

• if existing resources are working on new projects, that role still needs to be backfilled

• limited bandwidth for enhancements and projects

• Department leaders should prioritize across their departments on their project requests

• deprecation projects are mandatory

• advancement - PO contractor? Advancement can provide resource? (i.e. Joel?)

  • early project planning - if they do it themselves, could possibly do next fiscal year

  • Joel, Lee, Erin, Judy meeting (Radar? AH?)

• Ideally - Give BIA 1 year on TSS before we start Informatica and EDW

  • would require Kenny and Ying time

• need to do Cognos planning when contract runs out
