• assuming no additional SAH field additions beyond what we know now and assuming no new integrations, it will take until july 2026 to complete the dev0 phase 2 and dev0 phase 3 work

• can we find another pseudo-Kenny resource so can run 2 phases in parallel?

  • no; one phase builds on the other and too many moving parts

• Sama - 60% on SAHR work and 40% on AI work

• Bhavya will take over Sama’s CSC work

• Kenny will need to do TSS remapping work as well so that will take time away from Dev0

• add’l integrations and new data sources will be needed
