Reviewing any backlog projects: Ecotime Reporting, Brett will ask Pearl about the ecotime project. Close current backlogged request.

From now on, projects should be approved at SMT Portfolio meeting first before EA meeting.

Remove PM Needed from charter form. PM Assignment will not be assumed but will be assigned by SMT review session.

Devops Projects Prioritization List: Projects not started included in list: Devops Projects Prioritization

Paul will clean up Project Record to reflect accurate due dates and statuses.

Potentially make a decision about project priorities: How many "Highest" priority? 1? More?
