New View: EAH-ApprovalFundingEntryDetail-View

BIA and the UC Path Reporting team are excited to introduce the EAH-ApprovalFundingEntryDetail-View. This new view is a combination of elements from EAH-Workforce-View and Approval Funding.

Per our standard process, this view will remain in UAT for a full month and go to Production in September. Please email busintel@ucsd.edu if you have any feedback on this new view.

Direct Retro High Risk By Federal Fund Increase Count
Direct Retro High Risk By Federal Fund Increase Flag
Direct Retro High Risk By Federal Fund Maximum Increase Amount = The maximum Federal Fund Amount increase for the Direct Retro. The maximum is needed because there might be more than one Federal Fund which has an increased amount on the Direct Retro.
Direct Retro High Risk By Federal Fund Maximum Increase Code
Direct Retro High Risk By UCPath Approval Count
Direct Retro High Risk By UCPath Approval Flag = Y' when there are multiple steps in the Direct Retro Approval OR The Direct Retro is Approved 120 Days after Earnings have been earned (Earnings End Date). Null when the Direct Retro has not been routed for approval.
