      • Recommendation: include deliverables and tasks in the OTLs to help make the resource request before beginning a project, or to clarify if someone from the biz will be wearing the BSA hat

    • For XL projects, clarifying where the BSA work will occur and ensuring documented in the correct project

    • Current and future state: recommend working with OSI (recharge service)
