    • Training program, onboarding program for customers with clear PM schedule

  • Enterprise event solution, through full RFP

  • SOW in progress for A3J for Maximo upgrades

    • Got stuck in cybersecurity insurance reqs, now resolved

• X functional

  • Procurement process for new software, including security steps

    • Melody working on documenting the process flow

    • Privacy and risk assessment may be hiring some more staff

    • 12/31 target for process review w/ Andrew, Daniel, Mike

  • HDH absorbed into Residential, Retail and Supply Chain Services RRSS or R2S2

  • RMP rebranded into Operations Management and Capital Programs OMCP

• Challenges

  • Dependencies on UCOP and software environments

    • Blindsided by refresh, taking enviro out of commission for 3+ weeks (that should have been days)

    • How to get visibility? Accountability with UCOP?

      • Out of UCSD’s control

      • Dedicate someone to managing UCOP (similar for OFC, cable vendors)

      • SLA?
