      • This is so we (ITS) can internally prioritize and confirm what we would want to proceed with

      • Detail plan in Nov

      • Budget asks in Dec

    • Demo from Shawn on how she supported high level planning to inform resource plan for PRA, CCURE

• Challenges

  • Resource view in Smartsheet - how to use report to pivot

  • Learning curve, using durations for calculated dates vs manually overriding

    • Creating a template for planning

• Reminders within Jira

  • Lillian to get with Chris re automations

    • Chris will present at next session re automations
