  • Work Location: live with UC Path; still populating data

  • ITS PRO: Automations that fixes remaining estimate!

    • Only update original estimate, don’t modify remaining estimate

  • ITS PRO: Learned how to create automations that add functionality

  • Secure Connect: Going live with the MFA workstream on 2/25/25 - role based accounts will now require MFA

  • ESR SIS: Report remediation list of ~250 for DES, and almost all are TSS and CourseLeaf native app screens (not true reports)

• X functional

  • Secure Connect: MFA req will be enforced starting 2/25

    • OCM has been in progress, risk is lack of easy mechanism for measuring compliance progress, so highly reliant on dept leadership

  • Campus Activation: in final stages of procurement

• Challenges

  • ESR SIS: best contacts for validating what functionality is in TSS, CL

    • Waiting on design to complete

  • Better way to communicate with ADIS, when developers are needed; right now, estimated start dates keep changing

    • Progress with structure, still more to do

Have vacations in structures by end of Feb

Resource allocation defaults will be updated from 80% to 86% to reflect this change
