From Vince's email: "

Unique to IT Services, LLP is designed to cultivate IT leaders for tomorrow. The value of strong leaders has never been greater – leaders who thrive on change, understand their personal leadership strengths and opportunities, and are committed to lifelong learning. Tomorrow’s leaders will need even more critical thinking skills and collaborative abilities to adapt as technologies and organizations change. They’ll need to be clear about their values and instinctively do the right things at all times.

Additionally, we need leaders to guide IT Services through a period of rapid and monumental change, including the COVID19 pandemic but also how ESR changes the way we work and serve our customers. Specific LLP areas of focus are

  • Establishing readiness for our new cloud-first enterprise architecture

  • Evolving the IT “shop floor” to utilize more student talent

  • Helping leaders’ inspire and motivate people, creating a vibrant culture

Improving our teams’ ability to recognize and foster diversity
