• LL Job Action Effective Date

• LL Job Effective Sequence Number

• LL Pay Run Code

• LL Business Unit Code

• HR Status - Values of Active and Inactive

• Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc. 

• Job Code = CONV are converted records that can be filtered out if not needed

• LL Employee Class - Values of Academic, Staff, Student etc.

Notes 

• This is post payroll view that will start to accumulate. This view is for employee earnings distribution level granularity of their distribution happened to be for that pay cycle. This is directly downstream from a pay run and it should have all employees pay that occurred for whatever pay run that users are going after.
