This view contains components of an employee's base pay.  Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.

Fields that make up the primary key:

  • LL Employee ID

  • LL Employee Record

  • LL Job Action Effective Date

  • LL Job Effective Sequence Number

  • LL Pay Run Code

  • LL Earnings Run Code

  • LL Business Unit Code

  • LL Pay Check Off Cycle Flag

  • LL Earnings Type Code

Key Fields to use as filters:

  • LL Pay Confirmation Flag Current

  • LL Position Fund Run Flag Current

  • LL Pay GL Interface Run Flag Current

  • Payment Type Code - Has values Amounts, Hours Etc.

  • FLSA Category - Has values Regular, Overtime, Excluded

  • Tax Method - Has Values Annual, Supplemental, Special Supplemental

  • LL Salary plan

  • LL Salary Earnings Type

  • HR Status - Values of Active and Inactive

  • Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc. 

  • Job Code = CONV are converted records that can be filtered out if not needed

  • Employee Class - Values of Academic, Staff, Student etc.

  • Position Pool - Values of WS-Federal, WS-Math/Reading Tutors

  • Job Action has values - Termination, Hire, Rehire etc.

  • Job Action Reason has values - Rehire, Academic Concurrent Hire etc.

  • Union Code has values - Service, Technical, Academic Researchers etc.

  • Employee Type has values - Salaried, hourly etc.

  • Salary Plan has values - RX Salary Plan, Career Tracks etc.

  • FLSA Status has values - Exempt, Nonexempt

Notes 

  • LLSalaryDetail View - Actual distribution for the past.  It has the monetary amount associated with distribution and the user can summarize and formulate the actual distribution percentage that the user is looking for.  This is also the view that drives DOPES report that UC Path version has been released

  • This is post payroll view that will start to accumulate. This view is for employee earnings distribution level granularity of their distribution happened to be for that pay cycle. This is directly downstream from a pay run and it should have all employees pay that occurred for whatever pay run that users are going after.
