This view contains all detailed liability transactions excluding any actual benefit liabilities built into the CBR. All details stored at the FAU level.  Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.

Fields that make up the primary key:

  • LL Employee ID

  • LL Employee Record

  • LL Job Action Effective Date

  • LL Job Effective Sequence Number

  • LL Pay Run Code

  • LL Earnings Run Code

  • LL Business Unit Code

  • LL Pay Check Off Cycle Flag

  • LL Earnings Type Code

  • LL Deduction Journal ID

  • LL Deduction GL Journal Line Number

  • LL Deduction Journal Line Reference

  • LL Deduction Additional Sequence Number

Key Fields to use as filters:

  • Deduction Class has values - After-tax, Before-tax, Nontaxable benefit

  • Deduction Plan Type has values - Dental, Life, Medical, vision, UC Retirement Plan, etc.

  • Deduction has values - HealthCare FSA, Basic Life, Delta Dental PPO, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, etc.

  • Deduction Category has values - Employee Deductions, Employer Deductions

  • HR Status - Values of Active and Inactive

  • Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc. 

  • Job Code = CONV are converted records that can be filtered out if not needed

  • Employee Class - Values of Academic, Staff, Student etc.

  • Job Action has values - Termination, Hire, Rehire etc.

  • Job Action Reason has values - Rehire, Academic Concurrent Hire etc.

  • Union Code has values - Service, Technical, Academic Researchers etc.
