This view contains employee profile degree information.  Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.

Granularity:

Has a demographic join which returns a single workforce row per employee degree.

Fields that make up the primary key:

  • Person Profile Degree Employee ID

  • Person Profile Degree Effective Date

  • Person Profile Degree Code

Key Fields to use as filters:

  • Person Profile Degree AsOf Indicator Code

  • Employee Status has values - Active, Terminated, Deceased, Short Work Break, etc.

  • HR Status has values - Active, Inactive

  • Employee Class has values Academic, Student etc.

  • Job Action has values - Termination, Hire, Rehire etc.

  • Job Action Reason has values - Rehire, Academic Concurrent Hire etc.

  • Union Code has values - Service, Technical, Academic Researchers etc.

  • FLSA Status has values Exempt, Non-Exempt etc.

  • Visa Permit Type has values Permanent Resident, Student etc.

  • Profile Degree

  • Position pool has values - WS-Federal etc.
