  • Green: On schedule

  • Yellow: Warning / Undefined schedule

    • Project may be at risk if issues are not addressed. Attention required.

    • Expectation is that the team is working to resolve

  • Red: Blocked / Not on Schedule

    • Project is at risk to miss scheduled completion dates. Immediate management action required.

    • Expectation is to communicate this to the team (including the SA, EA and program management), come up with a plan, then communicate it to governance
