    • Instead of moving in a different direction > return to  baseline and our goals



Training


  • Do not want to take different trainings
  • Cost efficient to take one training as a group thing
  • Reservations:
    • It's a big time commitment and maybe one person is not happy with the training selected
    • Ted has now presented the opportunity to take different trainings
  • Pros:
    • Bring different skills to the table
    • Everyone is taking the training that they want
    • Same skills > more collaborative
  • Cons:
    • Different trainings may not be inclusive
    • Different theories of practice in conflict
    • Conflict of time commitment / project
    • Training should benefit EDI not our career development
