We will explore opportunities that leaders have to provide culturally responsive support for diverse-identified employees, including effective supervisory engagement that fosters psychological safety and models a learning culture of work. There is a lack of scoring criteria, we should propose that there is a scoring criteria for the EDI question Kelli: Had a recruitment for her team and this was criteria #1: Ability to interface effectively with a diverse group of people, exercising initiative, diplomacy, and maintaining confidentiality.
HV: How can IPPS score the EDI question How has your background and experience prepared you to be effective in an environment that holds diversity as core to our mission and values? Kelli: if the answers align with UCSD’s Principles of Community HV mostly sees very general and short responses in this question Kelli: something that she does is introduce IPPS and our core values and how important EDI is to our organization and that way the interviewee is not blind sighted by the questions Kacy: asking ChatGBT on strong, medium, weak EDI related responses Kelli: Would it be a privacy issue if we share real answers?
