    • Staff goals ideas:

      • AI and EDI

      • Participate in a campus-wide EDI-related event

      • Volunteer during an affinity group event

      • Review UC Learning courses to see what’s available - combine it with a write-up that connects the course learning with how to apply it to your everyday

  • Update of last Meeting’s Lead Fellows Report

    • Facilitating discussion with JEDI group

 

Performance Appraisal 2024-25

  • Make it more active

    • Put to action what we have learned

  • Host a project

  • Reading some articles on the topic and presenting in the Huddle

  • Read an article and show up in another team reading other than their own

  • Opportunities across campus that people can attend

  • Make a list of something that they can choose and have the supervisor hold them accountable:

  • Make attending an Open Forum (or two) where we watch/listen/read EDI-related content and then have a discussion

  • 1st session went really well

  • Attendee shared how having space to talk was important to them

 

 

Lead Fellow Report

  • Shaun Travers is starting a community of practice in 2025

  • Looking for individuals who have EDI responsibilities in their job cards

  • Will host a 2 day intensive

  • HV and Kacy are part of the pilot for the 2 day intensive
