1. Space is valueble > sharing social justice issues > less participants make .5 hours

Suggestions:

• Once a month not an optional meeting w agenda
• Less frequent
• In person Open Forums
• 1:1 forums
• Go to different sectors to make it more accessible
• Go to different resource centers > topics > resources for all campus

Mission for Open Forum

• A space, to be in community
• Optional
• Can take ownership of space

Struggle:

• Hot topics of interest have gone in a low
• Scheduling speakers is difficult > takes time

Looking at amount of meetings > is Monday/ Friday blocking out still working?

Is Zoom burn out still a thing?

Alma: are LEAD FELLOWS having meetings and are there topics discussed in those meetings that can be brought up in Open Forums

• different expectations when they signed up and their expectations once they graduated from the program.
• LEADS are feeling stretched thin with their own projects
• • about race and how to include folks being included within their sphere of influence
  • They feel like some of the expectations are more fitted to come from the EDI Office
  • They wanted to just having knowledge and toolbelt
  • Focus of the program: facilitate conversations
