  • Heather: voice of org to hold leaders accountable for EDI objectives > with honest feedback > serve as reality check and balancing body as IPPS pursues EDI
  • Anthony: bring balance to challenges and issues and it's not just leadership focused
    • Taking on different projects in fulfilled those obligations
  • Patrick: strategy to make edi definitions and relevance
    • Make this clear to leadership so that they are able to be better leaders to a diverse workforce
